2️⃣ “Our team is aware of the issues in delays with FBA Removal Orders. We are only able to escalate orders in certain states that have been pending for over 90 days. In this instance, your orders do not meet the requirements to be escalated as the Fulfillment Centers cannot physically cancel or escalate the orders in their current state.”

4️⃣ From a “helpful” SeSu agent, regarding an Asin that was closed without explanation. “Apologies for any frustration and inconvenience this has caused. Rest assured that I have looked into this to have it addressed accordingly. Please be informed that we request you to go through the help page and we cannot provide any further details regarding this issue.”

6️⃣ On Wed the AH dashboard was all zero for a few hours but it has since been restored. Amz twitter acknowledged our alert and thanked us for bringing it to their attention.

7️⃣ Let’s try to help this seller get this suspension escalated.

8️⃣ “Give concise, honest, and friendly overview of its uses and where it fits in its category. Discuss the features and benefits of the product and focus on your product’s unique properties. Don’t mention competitors.”

9️⃣ Amz announced that the send / replenish inventory workflow will be replaced by the new “send to Amazon” workflow. Many sellers have voiced displeasure over this.

🔟 There has been some strange Pesticides removal this past week but overall, this process has improved with less false positives.
