Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds 

1️⃣ A large number of legitimate cleaning products were removed, reinstated, withdrawn, and once again put back. When they are off, they show on account health as a violation (Restricted products), and when they are reinstated, the dashboard adjusts. It is almost certainly a mistake, and these items should not be restricted (standard name brand cleaning products). There have been a few false-positive nudity claims on images that are not nudity. Sales dashboard, cases, and some create shipment issues this morning. Really thankful for everyone for ASGTG being recognized as a top 100 entity in E-commerce.

2️⃣ Large EU accounts are being asked to reverify ID, and it’s taking a long time. In the meantime, the funds are not being disbursed, but the account remains active. Some have also been suspended for velocity reviews despite not being a new account. This happened last year for sales spikes on MF orders.

4️⃣ On Monday, Sellers received an e-mail asking for compliance docs but no ASINS listed and account dashboard does not show a need for docs. It likely was sent in error and can be ignored. Product-Compliance@amazon.com is taking forever to respond.

5️⃣ New team! Amazon Product Assurance Team. Amazon is on occasion giving the first three letters for related accounts on e-mail, and this is sometimes different than what they give on the phone.

6️⃣ FBM is winning the BB. Most likely, this is Amazon trying to balance the demand with FBA capabilities.

7️⃣ SP is much more patient before suspending legitimate accounts, even though listing suspensions are just as common. Almost all sellers are being given the option to disburse their settlement to gift cards.

8️⃣ Some brand owners are getting e-mails asking them to seek approval to sell (their own brand) even though they are brand registered and own the brand.

9️⃣ “We noticed that you have one or more inactive shipments that were created more than 90 days ago. The shipments are not in “Shipped” or “In transit” status, and the shipment labels haven’t been printed. Therefore, we are canceling these shipments.”
