In a few cases, the seller store name AND the brand name are the same and they incorrectly sent that message. You need to appeal and appeal until they reinstate. It also has happened where the word FREE was used legitimately and they mistakenly took down the items.

7️⃣ From another concerned member “just a tip – if you delete the asin# for Suspected Intellectual Property Violations within 12 hours of the complaint it disappears from the dashboard.”

8️⃣ For a new account “Confirm or list on your Seller Central account a representative selection of the items and categories you intend to sell on Amazon.”

9️⃣ New “We have corrected some of your listings by cleaving inconsistent variations. The listings we corrected are at the bottom of this message.” Other policy“violations have been added on the dashboard.

🔟 Some sellers have been suspended even though the AHR was GREAT. This is a new widget and such glitches are expected in BETA. Do not rely on that and always try to resolve the notifications on the AH dashboard.
