Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds 

Hello all

1️⃣ Amazon winked at ASGTG reinstating some related accounts & apologizing but then changed directions & suspended many more. At least some suspensions are from purchased accounts where the seller is connected to a suspended account. Others are from buyer credit card info, shared 3PLs, etc, Regardless the majority seem like false positives & hopefully will be corrected. The petition is gaining momentum. Sign!!; Milwaukee is filing more IP complaints.

2️⃣ This is likely a glitch as accounts that never did FBA also received this “Hello, We observed that your account has higher-than-normal Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) reimbursement claims, and hence we are looking into this issue. We may ask that you participate in an investigation to provide input into the reimbursement claims process. No action is needed from you at this time.”

4️⃣ “Unfortunately, the Executive Seller Relations team cannot assist with the removal of your inactive (Blocked) listing. October 11, 2021

5️⃣ In the UK. “Dear Selling Partner, We wanted to let you know about the additional capacity now live in our UK and EU network and the improvement in restock limits. Restock limits take into account new selection and adjust appropriately: After you create shipments for New ASIN (added to catalog in the last 90 days), you will receive additional restock limit, based on number of new ASIN created and included in the shipment. Also, new products can benefit from the New FBA Selection Program, to help you list more new to FBA selection at lower fees.”

6️⃣ “We removed the product listing on which you had an active seller offer because we detected high levels of reviews abuse activity that violates our customer reviews policies. Due to the level of abuse we detected on the listing, it has been permanently removed from the store. When we remove a listing, we must remove all associated seller offers.”

7️⃣ When you email the old SP email, you receive an email that this is not the correct channel, but you sometimes get an answer right afterwards.

8️⃣ “Hello from Amazon Product Safety, Upon review all the provided information appears to be correct. While there has been an incident, we will be taking no action on this product at this time. We will continue to monitor the product to detect trending incidents. Your listing will remain live in the website. Please know that no further action is required from you.”

9️⃣ “After completing our investigation and reviewing the information you provided, we have determined that you have not provided a satisfactory appeal. Accordingly, your impacted inventory that is listed below will be destroyed.”
