• The ASIN, UPC/EAN, and name of the product in question
• A statement of why you believe the product is not subject to the recall
• Manufacturer logo and letterhead.
• Manufacturer Quality Teams signature”

6️⃣ Amazon also has a “Voice of Seller “My name is XXXXXXXX, and I lead the Voice of Seller team at Amazon. I’m reaching out as I understand you’ve previously contacted us regarding buyer abuse. As a result of your feedback, we are currently building a new product that will provide Sellers like you with additional protection”.
