Video Statement Current Situation / Cause of Ranking Abuse/E-mail Fail

1️⃣ Video statement  on current Amazon situation. As reported here  first, this past Sat saw an unprecedented wave related account suspensions. Many were true but an overreaction caused by old dormant and long unused accounts (or accounts that the seller gave up while opening because it failed document verification). Others were correct and, in that case,, you will need to get the root suspended account back first or your toast. New life on FBA returns reform petition. The ASINs are using a trademarked term on their detail pages, but their brand names do not match the rights owner of the trademarked term. 4️⃣ “You will need to appeal these violations within your Account Health Dashboard in Seller Central. The listing and policy violations should be addressed as quickly as possible to ensure there are no disruptions to your selling account.”

5️⃣ “We previously contacted you because you are listing, or have listed, Personal Flotation Devices. Because we have not received the required. information and compliance documents from you, we have removed your listing.”

6️⃣ Ranking abuse. Some sellers received this and have no idea what caused this. Check if someone placed a large qty order against your ASINS and cancelled them. Bad sellers do this so they can own the BB until the order is cancelled.

7️⃣ “Sorry, you aren’t eligible to advertise at this time Thank you for your interest in Amazon Advertising. To be eligible, you must be a seller or vendor with an established Amazon selling relationship. 8️⃣ New wave of Pesticides take down for seemingly non-Pesticides items. Some sellers received 100s of emails even after taking care of it last week. There was a UK VAT related email that was also sent 100s of times. Likely a email glitch with Amazon e-mails yesterday.

9️⃣ “The issue you selected does not address the customer complaints regarding your items. Please select a different issue when you submit your appeal.” This happens if they not happy with what you selected when you appealed and your explanation.
