Hero Fulfillment warehouse is located in the Belgian city of Antwerp, near the port of Antwerp which is the No. 2 port in Europe and about an hour’s drive from the port of Rotterdam which is the No. 1 port in Europe. Back in 2016, when I was a young Amazon entrepreneur, I invested blood, sweat and tears into our business in order to satisfy the customers. At that time, I was really looking for help in the form of smooth logistics and warehousing processes. Frustrated by the lack of options that truly instilled confidence, I decided to create what I wished existed during those early days – my own fulfillment center. Fast forward two years, and Hero Fulfillment was born. Our aim has been to provide services to customers just like us: E-commerce entrepreneurs, and in particular, Amazon entrepreneurs; entrepreneurs that understand the importance of a smooth logistics and fulfillment process that frees them up to focus on their business growth; entrepreneurs who are willing to invest a little bit more for some peace of mind, knowing that their merchandise is in good hands.
