Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds

4️⃣ “We are contacting you to inform you that we have identified some of your ASINs as plumbing products that are not registered with the state of California Energy Commission (CEC). The sales of plumbing products in California are regulated by the CEC. As per the CEC, your plumbing products must be registered in the CEC’s database to be sold in California.”

5️⃣ “Proof of product authenticity (e.g., invoice). It must clearly prove that your products do not violate the Amazon listing policy. For example, if you received a warning for a not-as-described product, then please provide an invoice proving that your product matches the description on the product detail page. “

7️⃣ The 5% surcharge on FBA sees start today but this is just the fulfillment fee which is a very small % of overall “fees” so its likely much less substantial then how it appears.

8️⃣ “If you believe the complaints about your items are unjustified or received in error, explain how you identified this issue and we will investigate your concern (for example, a complaint created by a competing Amazon seller).”

9️⃣ When they request a video call. “If we do not receive a re-activation request through the form above within 7 days of. this notification, your Amazon selling account will be deactivated.”

🔟 A batch of sellers received “FCC Radio Frequency Emission Compliance” seemingly erroneously. It appears the items remain active, so I am unsure what the deal is here. Also, many accounts received restricted product notifications for items long deleted. It stays on dashboard but does not seem to affect your score.
