SPONSORSHIP FAQS

1)When does the event start?

Door is open to the public at 11am.  Sponsors can come at 10am to set up.

2)What Will be provided?

8-foot table with 4 chairs
Banner behind your table with your logo (or you can bring your own)
Mention on event sign up page
Multiple Acknowledgment in social media advertising for event with link to your website.

3) What should be bring along?

You can bring additional signs. You can also give out any promotional items (other than food)

4) Can we have additional publicity?

Yes- we have additional sponsorships available, ie sponsoring the lunch, dinner etc

5) Can we send you our materials to you in advance?

Yes. You can send it to 1446 E 27th Street Brooklyn NY 11210. We will bring it to the hall. Please email us at events@asgtg.com to confirm it was received. Please send it with signature required.

6)How many are sellers expected?

Last year’s event sold out. We are expecting over 700 sellers (including many top sellers)

7) Can we see pictures of last year’s event?

Sure there are many pictures on the homepage of this website ( asgtg.com) when you scroll down
