I run a 6 figure manufacturing wholesale Jewelry company, with some business that comes amazon regularly. Just before thanksgiving, large companies in the industry such as Van Cleef and others were able to shut us down through complaints they filled with amazon. I reached out to ASGTG and paid for expedited results. The team worked around the clock to achieve the desired results. They formulated an excellent appeal, and advised us on what adjustments would be best for our company. The appeal was accepted, suspensions lifted, and we are back running smoothly once again.
Just before the new year, Van Cleef was able to freeze the money from our Amazon sales. Sales were greater than the year before, but the money was withheld by court order. We received a suspension "notice" on Friday Oct 25th after receiving a call from Account Health on Monday Oct 21. We were initially charged with 2 Trademark violations that ended up being our OWN Trademark! We made 6-8 calls to account health and submitted our Plan of Action (POA) on time but STILL got suspended for 12 days. After posting my story on ASGTG -I got a message and a call from ED. Ed worked with us and placed our interview on the petition that soon grew to over 11,000 signatures. 1 hour after Ed sent the petiton to Amazon we got a call from Jeff Bezo's office restoring our account! DON'T MAKE A $28K MISTAKE LIKE US. CALL ED ROSENBURG as SOON as you get a call from Account Health! Ed's team specializes in account reactivation, POA's, and even account pricing and inventory. They spoke to me for about 10 minutes, I explained more of the details of the situation. Part of the confusion on their part was that the RO who had retracted the complaints had many different names (they had also been recently bought by a larger company) so it made the situation more confusing. But we really can't thank Ed and his team enough. They made all the difference. We had originally hired a different consultant within days of the suspension, and after a month of getting nowhere, we joined this group and saw that people with experiences similar to ours had gotten reinstated after involving Ed. Posts talking about the compassion he showed them after what they had been through, and how he somehow managed to hone in on the issue, target the communication and sort through the layers, and help them get reinstated so quickly. So we asked him to take on our case, and now we're reinstated!It's hard to describe how grateful we are and will ever be to Ed and his team for their work, their support, their perseverance, their attitude––and the excellence and standard they bring to their work and ethic. I don't want to malign them too much, but the former consultants we hired were the opposite experience. I must say that Ed from ASGTG is the best online source you can find for your Amazon business. I had my account hacked about 3 months back, and needless to say, I lost all my inventory and several 1000s of dollars.I reached out to Amazon and created cases with all the details, and called them almost every day for the past 3 months- but got nowhere. Ed Rosenberg and his group is simply amazing. My account was suspended about 6 months ago and I have been beating my head trying to get reinstated. No matter what I did I kept getting the same replies as either my POA wasn't complete or I was denied. I even had someone write a POA for me which ended up not helping.After talking to a friend who also sells online he recommended I try finding an expert to help me. He referred me to another "expert" who seemed to know what they were doing and she asked me to wait a few days while they see if they can help my account. So I waited and stumbled upon Ed's group and asked if he could help me... we communicated with the details of my case and he formulated a plan to have our account reinstated.. within 24 hours I received a VERY detailed POA which I submitted.
