I started my Amazon business in 2016 as an additional income to help support myself and daugther as a single mom. On October 2019, my account was deactivated for 10IP claims received by a brand claiming copyrighted images. I sent in over 6 POA to Amazon, all my attempts were denied. In desperation to save my account, I hired another company, not only did they provide the first POA way past the deadline I paid for, but soon after they ignored all my emails and communication. I fought for over a month, I had practically given up and started to accept that I would never sell on Amazon again… and then I joined the ASGTG Facebook group and had the pleasure of meeting Ed. I was reinstated in less than a week! To write a brief description of my situation and narrow down the amazing work that Ed does is a disservice to his craft. Ed doesn’t just see his clients as a business opportunity, he says the people behind the Amazon accounts: the big account holders who provide employment for others, the family who puts their kids through college with this business, the young entrepreneur trying to make it to have a better lifestyle, the couple trying to pay off debt with this income… in my case he saw me: the single mom who can only provide for her daugther if she continues to run her Amazon business on top of her 9-5 job. Thank you, Ed Rosenberg!!!!!! We can hardly believe it, but we just got the call from Amazon this morning and have been reinstated after being suspended since October 22. They spoke to me for about 10 minutes, I explained more of the details of the situation. Part of the confusion on their part was that the RO who had retracted the complaints had many different names (they had also been recently bought by a larger company) so it made the situation more confusing. But we really can't thank Ed and his team enough. They made all the difference. We had originally hired a different consultant within days of the suspension, and after a month of getting nowhere, we joined this group and saw that people with experiences similar to ours had gotten reinstated after involving Ed. Posts talking about the compassion he showed them after what they had been through, and how he somehow managed to hone in on the issue, target the communication and sort through the layers, and help them get reinstated so quickly. So we asked him to take on our case, and now we're reinstated! And the caliber of... their writing, their strategy, their assessment and grasp of the situation, from every detail to the the large picture––it just put as at such ease. We truly TRUSTED every step they had us take. Because it was so evidently considered and clearly purposeful in every way. And their sincere understanding, empathy and sympathy for what we've been going through was also so evident and so terribly appreciated. It's an experience that is hard to describe to other folks who have not gone through it, but having found this group and seeing other sellers having gone through the same experience––employee layoffs, livelihood seeming to disappear in an instant with no grasp of how to get it back––we recognize the same sense of traumatic insecurity and helplessness we have been feeling throughout this time. And Ed and his team totally got it and were so kind to us throughout. This has been the most challenging time our family has gone through in many, many years, and they became our beacon in the very short time we worked with them. I must say that Ed from ASGTG is the best online source you can find for your Amazon business. I had my account hacked about 3 months back, and needless to say, I lost all my inventory and several 1000s of dollars. I reached out to Amazon and created cases with all the details, and called them almost every day for the past 3 months- but got nowhere. I tried every trick- escalated my case, talked to captive teams, spent hours on the phone, shared all my logs and details, filed online police complaints, met with the local police, reached out to other lawyers only to be told that costs are high and chances of getting my good or money is low...the list is endless.
