4️⃣ Microsoft has been very strict the past few weeks. “As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, we are implementing approval requirements for Microsoft products.”

5️⃣ This is for buyers only & sellers still go to arbitration. “Dear Name Redacted, We wanted to let you know that we recently updated our Conditions of Use. One of our updates involves how disputes are resolved between you and Amazon. Previously, our Conditions of Use set out an arbitration process for those disputes. Our updated Conditions of Use provides for dispute resolution by the courts.”

7️⃣ According to internal ASGTG polling, this week was a big improvement in FBA storage changes over previous weeks. Some ASGTG woman slam Netflix; There was a bug where many accounts had for no reason “your account is at risk for deactivation” that’s been cleared.

8️⃣ New Feisty language on inserts. “…You, your employees, your business partners, and the third-party companies who work with you, are expected to comply with all aspects of our Customer Reviews policy. We strongly encourage you and your employees to carefully review our Customer Review policy and ensure compliance with it to avoid losing your seller account.” You have 30 days to remove this inventory from our Fulfillment Centers: XXXXXX.

9️⃣ “Hello, we previously informed you that Amazon Renewed would begin charging a program fee starting July 15, 2021. We are temporarily delaying implementation of this fee and will follow up as soon as we have set a new start date.”

🔟 “Detected inaccurate or inappropriate content: AWESOME GIFT, GREAT QUALITY”. Some of these are very finicky but I’m happy they are at least saying what should be removed.
