1️⃣ SP was in a better mood this week reinstating a few false related account suspensions. I created a shared sheet so we can identify troubled root accounts and that can perhaps help in your appeal (also has link for petition and related group); On Wed multiple sellers reported SP rejected some POAs within a minute which was rather interesting (speed reading?); Some sellers reported a very high amount of suspected IP complaints this week; I will be making an exciting announcement in the FB group at 3:00 PM (12/09)

4️⃣ From a concerned ASGTG member “not sure if you are aware of this but lately my invoice got denied for 2 complaints even though everything is 100% as account health mentioned. The reason they denied is because when they pulled up the asin on amazon the product details section was populating a different asin and that is the asin that SP sees on their end… so they end up denying it. I believe its a glitch within the amazon system.”

5️⃣ AWS Outage “Dear Seller, We are seeing impact to multiple Amazon APIs and services. This issue is also affecting some of our monitoring and incident response tooling, which is delaying our ability to provide updates. We are pursuing multiple mitigation paths in parallel, and have seen some signs of recovery, but we do not have an ETA for full recovery at this time. 6️⃣ “We are adding the ‘EPR Requirements Policy for Third-Party Sellers in France’ as a new program policy, in order to reflect the new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations applicable in France, effective January 1, 2022.”

7️⃣ Amazon renewed is now asking for a new invoice of a future verified supplier to get reinstated. In the past it was just a POA.

8️⃣ Some sellers are saying that Amazon support team is calling them nonstop sometimes seconds after a notification shows up on the dashboard or on VOC. They are pretty nice though and are trying hard.

9️⃣ “Our solution agreement Below clearly states on section S-6 “Amazon has the right to determine, the design, content, functionality, availability and appropriateness of its websites, selection, and any product or listing in the Amazon Stores, and all aspects of each Service, including your use of the same. Amazon may assign any of these rights or delegate any of its responsibilities.” as making you mandatory to appeal through the account health dashboard in order to try to reinstate product.”
