Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds

1️⃣ As of Feb 1, SFP will require sellers to also have Saturday pickup which will be problematic to a large amount of SFP sellers. Please consider signing and sharing this petition as it will cause extreme financial hardships for thousands of selling partners if this indeed becomes policy. Multiple sellers stated that Amazon was refunding orders from over a year ago without the item being returned or any customer complaints. It seems to happen disproportionally in the.DE marketplace. SP has been sending Mia Culpas for “incorrectly flagged as a skin whitener or bleacher” but you do have to appeal as a false positive. selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com is the email for false-positive related accounts, and they have been willing to admit their action was incorrect.

2️⃣ If you receive a “Potential Trademark Misuse” for deleted a listing, please check if there is any stock under FBA stranded which can cause that notification. Remove the inventory immediately.

4️⃣ When sending invoices for re-approval of a brand or category (Csm-brand-review@amazon.com), you do not need to send a ridiculous number of invoices (i.e., every topical item ever sold). A few are OK from your typical suppliers.

5️⃣ Compact By Design items. This likely will gain traction.

6️⃣ Feisty comments. “Further correspondence regarding this case will not be answered. Seller Support is not able to offer any further information or override the decision in the preceding response. Additional reopens, cases, or correspondence will not alter the outcome of the situation.”

7️⃣ Amazon is recommending sellers to restock items with a quantity > than the restock limits. The system seems out of sync and not much to do right now until this gets corrected.

8️⃣ Amazon has announced it is removing the comments on the product review feature. I am not sure why as it seemed to come in handy on occasion. Most sellers disagree with this decision, according to a snap poll I ran.

9️⃣ Many households and personal care massager stimulate categories are now shown to be purchased by professional health care only, which means you cannot buy it unless you’re a professional health care person. Also, sellers are being restricted without notification, and Amazon not accepting approval applications.
