4️⃣ scj@sellercompliance.org claiming to be from S. C. Johnson & Son seems BOGUS (HT Dharmesh) as it’s bouncing back.

5️⃣ Email from Executive Relations Team: “I can feel how important for this to be addressed, however, based on our research, we determined that the email you are contacting us for is not related to the primary email address you are contacting us from. Please note that, in order to provide an accurate resolution, the primary email address of the account where the issue is occurring must who contacts us per security reasons.” (HT Lean Edge Marketing)

6️⃣ A seller was suspended for RO complaints. When he called AH the rep said that he had previous violations that were resolved by checkboxes. The representative said those violations should be addressed in POA. He did, and account was reinstated.

8️⃣ This rep went off script . “Please take a care about it. otherwise I will created claim to delete your company from amazon.

9️⃣ This seller lost $40k  on a pricing glitch, so always try to be as careful as possible with promos, as one mistake can cost you a fortune.

🔟 Chinese sellers are still rampant, including “mice love rice.”
