Oct 7 2023 / Misguided Drop Shipping Suspensions / SP Using Tunnel Vision

1️⃣ I am shocked and saddened by the unspeakable and unthinkable barbarism against innocent Israeli citizens murdered and attacked on Oct 7th. My heart aches, and I am sending unlimited love and condolences to the many in our sellers family deeply affected by this senseless terrorism. You are welcome to share your thoughts here. Please refrain from posting political or otherwise inflammatory statements or images on the ASGTG group discussions and forums, as plenty of other resources exist for this purpose. For collections, please first clear with the admins.
2️⃣ A few sellers have been incorrectly suspended for “drop shipping” because they shipped an item out with Walmart or other tags or boxes. Please do not do that. If you see a seller feedback that can be misinterpreted as drop shipping in a Walmart box, that can cause bogus and misguided suspensions.

4️⃣ There are all kinds of misguided related account suspensions, including some that were long reinstated and are now resuspended with no change. Account Health continues to use tunnel vision and does not seem to take a big-picture perspective of how they enforce these suspensions. Account Health Assurance is not protection if a related account is suspended (even if false).
5️⃣ There are reports of categories and brands being gated for no apparent reason.
6️⃣ New hourly PPC adjustments for some seller accounts.
7️⃣ This is a interesting article on listing items with “generic” brands.
8️⃣ “ If you are facing logistics issues that are impacting proper fulfillment of your orders, provide reasons and supporting evidence associated with these for consideration during your review.”
