We received a suspension "notice" on Friday Oct 25th after receiving a call from Account Health on Monday Oct 21. We were initially charged with 2 Trademark violations that ended up being our OWN Trademark! I started my Amazon business in 2016 as an additional income to help support myself and daugther as a single mom. They spoke to me for about 10 minutes, I explained more of the details of the situation. Part of the confusion on their part was that the RO who had retracted the complaints had many different names (they had also been recently bought by a larger company) so it made the situation more confusing. But we really can't thank Ed and his team enough. They made all the difference. We had originally hired a different consultant within days of the suspension, and after a month of getting nowhere, we joined this group and saw that people with experiences similar to ours had gotten reinstated after involving Ed. Posts talking about the compassion he showed them after what they had been through, and how he somehow managed to hone in on the issue, target the communication and sort through the layers, and help them get reinstated so quickly. No matter what I did I kept getting the same replies as either my POA wasn't complete or I was denied.
