Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds

1️⃣ SP was a bit snarky this week suspending many for incorrect related accounts and other for seemingly incorrect reason; Some sellers received an awkward warning regarding secondary users that violated policy. For false related suspensions use the HOAX sheet  & false positive related group; On the positive side some sellers are receiving proactive phone calls from knowledgeable reps and after explaining verbally their POA the violations are removed from the dashboard.

2️⃣ The uppers were pretty reasonable this week on some high-profile suspensions and gave a “last one time exception” & we are thankful for that; There is a UK verification issue / bug for Pakistani Sellers.

4️⃣ Handmade integrity team signoff is all back now after most of the templates seemed like they were corrected.

5️⃣ From a concerned ASGTG member “If you were suspended for DS at Walmart, I offered in an email if I can be open ONLY for WFS and they accepted (similar to FBA only).”

7️⃣ After a reimbursement issue “We reviewed the information, you provided and completed the review of your account. The documents/plan of action you provided is not valid but your selling privileges will remain unaffected. We have updated your account with the information. We may not reply to further emails about your review. Sincerely,”.
