AH Dashboard Call Me / Amazon gets 2 HT from ASGTG / No Invoice for PL?
1️⃣ SP (on some appeal types) is saying that no invoice is needed if you’re the brand owner (HT Amazon). On AH dashboard, a “call me” button has been showing up occasionally which makes it really easy to call AH at any time even if you’re not “at risk.” There are restrictions being rolled out on dietary supplements so if you sell there, be ready to produce the necessary documents. SP still slow at fixing related account false positives (ugh). Reality TV Part 3. Julie made some progress but not back yet. (See part 1 and 2 in the video notes)
2️⃣ Amazon has removed many negative seller feedbacks related to the Dec USPS shipping debacle.

4️⃣ I wrote this OPED on why not to confuse FBA seller’s issues with Spotify. Please comment.
5️⃣ Some brands that you may have sold in the past are being restricted for creating new ASINS, but your free to create listings against existing ASINS. I do not suggest you try work arounds here as they obviously trying to control the catalogue
6️⃣ “We have taken this measure because information available to us indicates that you have not fulfilled orders after confirming shipment”. This has been more common, and Amazon considers this as fraud and can lock you out.
7️⃣ Some sellers were permanently removed from the renewed program with a strong message and no chance for appeal. In EU, there are still sellers waiting for a long-time awaiting verification with funds still being held.
8️⃣ New TG group on dealing with A2Z claims, MFN issues.
9️⃣ I thought this is a clever idea for drop shippers to mitigate needless RO complaints.
🔟 Newish and quite progressive (HT Amazon) “If your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement and if you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation to firstname.lastname@example.org . Your explanation should include the following information:
— Evidence or examples that demonstrate the refunds you have issued were requested by customers.
— Evidence that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the cost of refunds that you have issued.”
