Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds

Hello All,

1) This is part of a new email from SFP: “We want to institute a hand-off event so that you can send a signal to Amazon when the carrier completes pickup from your location. This will ensure that your metrics are not impacted due to late scans at the carrier hub. We want your feedback to develop a solution that works with your existing operational process and adds minimal overhead.” Love it!

2) There was a very major review crackdown on those having others leave product reviews. In the past, these review suspensions were language in the feedback solicitation and not true review manipulation. These suspensions mean what they say I think. Review manipulation in every sense of the word. Sellers are not allowed to “get reviews” through any means not sanctioned by Amazon. If you’re not sure if it’s allowed, it likely is not. It’s very unlikely that you will outsmart them.

3) Amazon rightfully will hold you responsible for one confirmed counterfeit complaints, regardless if you knew it was counterfeit or not. Please make sure branded items are from a reputable supplier. If you’re concerned the invoice won’t be accepted, please just submit what you have with additional evidence that the item is real (i.e. pictures, supplier info, etc.) You can try to be creative. Reminder. Never ever submit a doctored doc, even if it was altered so Amazon will accept the format. What counts is that the item is authentic.

4) New! “ Please reply to this case with your plan of action and include the following information:
— Proof of authenticity (e.g., invoice or Order ID) of Not as described policy violations listings.
— The steps you have taken to ensure that you are no longer violating Amazon’s listing policy and will not violate Not as Described policy in the future.”

5) For feedback removals, Amazon removed the reason of “the entire review is a product review” from the email of what is a valid removal reason. However, sellers are saying those feedbacks are still being removed. It may be a sign of a policy change to come.

7) “ Hello, An unauthorized party has continued to access your account. This is against our policies. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site.”

8) This is a new and groundbreaking detailed explanation by Amazon on the details of what constitutes a valid IP complaint. Nothing new but very detailed and confirmed what we knew. Please review and make sure it is understood.

9) “We are contacting you because HM Revenue and Customs records show you are based outside the United Kingdom and have previously registered for VAT in the United Kingdom. We would like to invite you to take part in research that will help inform potential future policies on the VAT, which may impact overseas online sellers who sell to UK customers.

If you would like to take part, or you have any questions, please reply to this email. If you agree to participate, we will send you a link to an online survey, asking questions about your experience in online retail. We will not collect any information about paying tax in the UK.” Interesting.

Good Shabbos, Ed Rosenberg
