If the equivalent amount is greater than the total amount available in your account, then the total amount will be withheld.” As mentioned if you LIST an item you cannot provide an invoice for, they consider it that counterfeit was listed.

As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site.” I think this comes when 2 accounts with permission interact with each other, and they warn you not to when permission was granted.

If you have a relatively large balance (>10k) on your account and your suspended, they won’t reinstate you, until the balance is paid. They consider it a violation having an outstanding balance. It needs to be a certain amount.
